Hill Psychological Services offers treatment and evaluation for a variety of mental health problems including, but not limited to Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Personality Disorders, ADHD, OCD, and learning disabilities.
We provide individual, couples, family and group counseling, medication management, and psychological testing.
We are also partnered with Crystal Fox, MS, RDN, LDN, IEDS with Healing Nutrition Therapy who addresses health related dietary needs as well as eating disorders.

Hill Psychological Services currently accepts Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Tri-Care. Hill Psychological Services partners with Healing Nutrition Therapy who may accept different insurances.

We request intake forms in advance so our clinicians can familiarize themselves with your case. This allows us to tailor treatment to your individual needs.

Dr. Candi Hill and Ashley Buchanan are fully licensed providers. Melissa Thorne is a doctoral student who is supervised by Dr. Hill while completing advanced training. All providers have earned at least a Master’s Degree in their field and have received training appropriate to the services they provide.

Counseling, medication and evaluation services vary depending on treatment provider and length of the session, and type of evaluation. All treatment is personalized to fit the patient's needs.

We can evaluate for developmental delays starting from 1 month old.

The minimum age for autism evaluations is 24 months.

We can evaluate for ADHD starting from 4 years old.

When other agencies refer for evaluation, our reports are meant for their purposes and are sent directly to them. You may contact them and request access to your report.

Appointment lengths vary depending on the service being provided. Initial appointments are typically 60 minutes, counseling sessions are generally 45 minutes, and medication management appointments are usually 15–30 minutes.

If additional paperwork or documentation is needed, our office will provide instructions before your appointment. Most forms are completed through our secure patient portal.

Yes. Our providers work with clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

In many cases, a referral is not required. However, some insurance plans or specific services may have different requirements. Our team can help determine what is needed.
